The Federation

The governing body of football in Burkina Faso, a member of FIFA and the Confederation of African Football.

Elected by the General Assembly on 31 August 2024, for a term running until 2028.

Young people remain the foundation of our football's development. That is why the Federation attaches strategic importance to the youth championships, true platforms for scouting, development and preparing the next national generation.

Our ambition is to return to a normal rhythm of competitions, in line with our vision of football that is better structured, more effective and more focused on excellence.

I wish to commend the commitment of the regional leagues, districts, clubs, coaches, referees, partners and all the volunteers. Their mobilisation shows the strength of the collective and everyone’s attachment to the future of Burkinabè football.

Governance
